Lydia is the Vice President of Facilities and Building for Baylake Bank. She is responsible for maintaining 28 financial centers through out Northeastern Wisconsin as well as the construction of new facilities. Even though she has been in banking since 1978, she has only been in facilities management since September 2005. To increase her knowledge and networking, Lydia joined IFMA in February 2006. She is pursuing her FMP (Facility Management Professional) designation. Lydia's belief in the benefits of IFMA was the driving force behind her volunteering to be the Membership chair, Treasurer, President-Elect, and now President.

Ty became the Facility Maintenance Manager for Schneider National in 2006. He is responsible for facility maintenance in their locations across the United States and Canada and has over 19 years of experience in operations, project, and quality management. Ty joined IFMA in 2006 and served on the Membership Committee, as Programs Chair and Treasurer before taking on his current role as President-Elect.

Patty has been with CleanPower, Wisconsin's largest commercial cleaning company, since 2004 as a Business Development Executive, and has been in the commercial cleaning industry since 2001. She is responsible for developing new accounts, expanding into the post-construction cleaning business, and working as an advisor and consultant to existing and potential customers. Patty is ISSA-certified for carpet and floor care, and is working on RBSM certification. She has been an IFMA member since 2004, has served 4 terms as Secretary, and is now serving as Treasurer.

Elizabeth is a Workplace Strategist with BSI in Appleton, WI. She has been in the contract furniture industry since 2006. She is a certified Herman Miller Healthcare Specialist with emphasis in Emergency Room, Sterile Supply, Pharmacy, and Laboratory.  Elizabeth is the 2009 Membership Chair.

Jean has been the North Team Sales Manager for Target Commercial Interiors since 2001, and has been a manager in the contract furnishings industry since 1985. She has managed several customer accounts and large projects throughout her career. As North Team Sales Manager, Jean oversees the Green Bay and Wausau locations which cover all of northeast and central Wisconsin. She became the Membership Chair for IFMA in 2003, moved to the Treasurer position, served as President, and is now serving as the Past President and on the Sponsorship committee.

Melissa Schumacher is a Market Manager for Allsteel. Based in Appleton, she has been in the contract furniture industry since 2006 and assists several dealers throughout the state. Her background is in marketing and project management. Melissa has been a member of IFMA since 2006. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Programs committee through 2010, and has recently taken on the role as Communications Chair.
