Patty is a Business Development Executive for Cleanpower's Northeastern Wisconsin Division. She has been in the commercial cleaning industry since 2001. Her primary job is to develop new customers and to consult and advise new and existing customers. Patty is ISSA-Certified in Floor Care and has rec'd her RBSM Certification. Patty has been an IFMA member since 2004, has served 4 terms as Secretary, 2 terms as Treasurer, 1 term as President-Elect and is now President. |

Melissa Schumacher is a Business Development Manager for Allsteel. Based in Appleton, she has been in the contract furniture industry since 2006 and assists several dealers throughout the state. Her background is in marketing and project management. Melissa has been a member of IFMA since 2006. She is currently the President-Elect and the Communications Chair. In the past she has been the Program Committee Chair and also helped to coordinate the golf outing and the Tri-Chapter Event. |

Ty became the Facility Maintenance Manager for Schneider National in 2006. He is responsible for facility maintenance in their locations across the United States and Canada and has over 19 years of experience in operations, project, and quality management. Ty joined IFMA in 2006 and served on the Membership Committee, as Programs Chair, Treasurer, President, and is now serving as Past-President.

Lydia is the Vice President of Facilities and Building for Baylake Bank. She is responsible for maintaining 28 financial centers throughout Northeastern Wisconsin as well as the construction of new facilities. Even though she has been in banking since 1978, she has only been in facilities management since September 2005. To increase her knowledge and networking, Lydia joined IFMA in February 2006. She is pursuing her FMP (Facility Management Professional) designation. Lydia's belief in the benefits of IFMA was the driving force behind her volunteering to be the Membership chair, Treasurer, President-Elect, President, and Past-President. |

Melissa Goldschmidt is a Project Manager for Business Interiors by Staples. She has been in the contract furniture industry for 12 years with a background in marketing and purchasing. She is involved in all the phases of project development and implementation and manages multiple-scale projects throughout the state. She thoroughly enjoys learning about the operations of each client. Attending IFMA meetings and events has provided a great resource for understanding the logistics involved with managing facilities of all sizes. Melissa recently became a member of IFMA in April of 2011. She is currently serving as Secretary. |

Elizabeth is a Workplace Strategist with BSI in Appleton, WI. She has been in the contract furniture industry since 2006. She is a certified Herman Miller Healthcare Specialist with emphasis in Emergency Room, Sterile Supply, Pharmacy, and Laboratory. Elizabeth is the Membership Chair and also contributes to the Newsletter and has assisted on the Golf Committee. |

Mike is a Facilities Manager at Thrivent. He has been a member of IFMA for a number of years. Last year he served as Secretary and this year he is the Programs Chair. |
