Grace is Facility Manager for Unilever-Ice Cream (aka Good Humor-Breyers Ice Cream). She has worked at the corporate office since 1989 and is responsible for all aspects of facility services/management. A member of IFMA since 1992, she has served as Secretary on two separate occasions and as President-Elect. She has pursued a degree in Business Administration through UW-Platteville and is currently working toward her FMP designation, hoping to complete this in 2007 with the goal of becoming a CFM in 2008.

Jean Roskams

Jean has been the North Team Sales Manager for Target Commercial Interiors since 2001, and has been a manager in the contract furnishings industry since 1985. She has managed several customer accounts and large projects throughout her career. As North Team Sales Manager, Jean oversees the Green Bay and Wausau locations which cover all of northeast and central Wisconsin. She became the Membership Chair for IFMA in 2003, moved to the Treasurer position, and is now serving as the President-Elect.

Patty Hendrickson

Patty has been with CleanPower, Wisconsin’s largest commercial cleaning company, since 2004 as a Business Development Executive, and has been in the commercial cleaning industry since 2001. She is responsible for developing new accounts, expanding into the post-construction cleaning business, and working as an advisor and consultant to existing and potential customers. Patty is ISSA-certified for carpet and floor care, and is working on RBSM certification. She has been an IFMA member since 2004 and is serving her third term as Secretary.

Lydia Bessert

Lydia is the Vice President of Facilities and Building for Baylake Bank. She is responsible for maintaining 28 financial centers through out Northeastern Wisconsin as well as the construction of new facilities. Even though she has been in banking since 1978, she has only been in facilities management since September 2005. To increase her knowledge and networking Lydia joined IFMA in February 2006. She is pursuing her FMP (Facility Management Professional) designation. Lydia's belief in the benefits of IFMA was the driving force behind her volunteering to be the Membership chair.

Randy Steele

A facilities manager at KI since 1995 and an IFMA member since 2001, Randy has served on the IFMA NEW Programs Committee as member and Co-Chair, and moved through the chapter leadership ranks as Treasurer, President-Elect, President, and is the current Past President. In addition to "pure" facilities, Randy's responsibilities have grown in recent years to include the mail room, literature fulfillment, and security.

Ty Wagner

Ty became the Facility Maintenance Manager for Schneider National in 2006. He is responsible for facility maintenance in their locations across the United States and Canada and has over 18 years of experience in operations, project, and quality management. Ty joined IFMA in 2006 and served on the 2006 Membership Committee before taking on his current role as Programs Chair.

Sandy got her introduction to the world of facilities management with Schneider National, joining their facilities department in 2002. She regularly managed smaller remodel projects in addition to her duties overseeing all of Schneider’s freestanding furniture assets. In October of 2007, she made a career change, moving from purchasing office furniture to selling it by taking a position with Target Commercial Interiors. She became a member of IFMA in early 2006, joining the executive committee less than a year later and taking on the role of Sponsorship Chair.
